If Emergencies comes up, and it does from time to time. We accept cancellations
 
We do not accept, wife changed her mind, my freight is late, My trailer broke down
last week, I double booked, I didn't remember booking, and what ever other excuse you try using.

These excuses sounds fine but  I am still charging you for the tables if I can't sell them. These are our
rules and they are simple, If you can't abide by them, don't book.


Contact us by phone only and speak directly to Ron or Todd only. We don't accept Text,
E-Mails, Messages sent by third parties or other forms of communication. Phone Only


Cancellations before the show will be fully charged to the vendor and will be a requirement
to pay up front for tables at every upcoming show if you have a problem with our policy......
